Duties and Responsibilities

• Stocking the bar
• Making cocktails
• Serving customers, selling food and drinks
• Creating welcoming atmosphere
• Knowing the promotions and events in the building
• Cleaning of bar
• Keg changes

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude
• Valid Serving it Right Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
• Knowledge of micros pos system
• Must be comfortable lifting 20lbs
