Under the Sales Director’s responsibility, the external sales representative, specialized in heating, will be responsible for representing the company to the customers assigned. He/she will respond, in collaboration with the other members of the department, to the needs of the clients.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Identify, prioritize, and solicit potential clients.
  • Presentation of product applications for use in HVAC systems (formal catalog or audio/visual presentation).
  • Actively participate in meetings to establish closing strategies for key projects.
  • Evaluate client needs and resources and recommend appropriate goods and services.
  • Perform project estimating, analyze drawings and specifications, identify products for bidding on plans, selection of products in manufacturers' pricing software, prepare bids to be sent to contractors.
  • Responsible for acquiring the technical knowledge necessary to represent the products.
  • Preparation of purchasing and pre-purchase documents.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve post-sale issues and ensure follow-up.
  • Coordination with product managers and technical support department.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • Diploma in building mechanic with experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Experience in technical sales.
  • General knowledge of building mechanics.
  • Contact network in HVAC-R is an undeniable asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and working well in a team.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
