We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of information security measures, including incident response protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Utilize scripting skills to automate processes and improve efficiency within projects.
- Manage VPN configurations and firewall settings to enhance network security during project implementation.
- Provide support for Citrix environments, ensuring seamless access for users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- 5-10 years of Strong knowledge of IDD, IAM, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and information security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Unix shell for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking principles and firewall configurations.
- Experience in incident response planning and execution, as well as disaster recovery strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
