Full job description

Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Controller, performs a variety of accounting and administrative work with emphasis in technical tasks related to processing accounts payable/receivable, reporting, producing statements, and other ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Functioning as a core member of the accounting team, providing administrative support as needed the Accounting Administrator will have the competence to handle:

  • Full cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Multiple bank & credit card reconciliations
  • Data entry in payment platform
  • Inter-company postings & reconciliations
  • Compile, update and maintain departmental records in SAP
  • Assist controller to prepare monthly financial statements for closing.
  • And other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by Controller or Management.

Job Requirements:

  • College or university education in accounting or related field

  • Proficient computer skills including using the full suite of Microsoft Office Software

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills/must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations.

  • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Effective communication skills as this role will be working with internal and external stakeholders within the AR and AP functions.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.

Salary: $55K-$60K
