About the role
Fundy Textile is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join the largest and fastest growing embellishment company in Atlantic Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing client relationships, preparing quotes, and coordinating with production to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients bring their custom apparel or promotional product visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide quotes, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate embellishment solutions (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, promotional products, etc.).
- Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with design, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date customer and order information.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and embellishment techniques.
- Greet and service showroom customers
- General Administration tasks
- Source Promotional Products
- Generate Sales Reports as Requested.
Qualifications:
- Inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in apparel, print, or promotional products industry would be a benefit.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Familiarity with order management systems, CRM software.
- Attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, heat press, and/or other embellishment processes preferred but will train.
