Your future duties and responsibilities
Reporting to Product Management, the Change Management Consultant will play a key role in facilitating the adoption of organizational change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to encourage the adoption of new ways of doing things, minimize resistance and maximize stakeholder commitment to ensure the achievement of transformation objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies adapted to projects and stakeholders.
- Produce impact analyses, communication plans and mobilization strategies.
- Support managers and teams in the transition to new processes, tools or structures.
- Act as a leader of influence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and lead workshops, training and mobilization activities.
- Identify risks related to the adoption of change and propose mitigation measures.
- Work closely with project teams, managers and represent change management on strategic committees.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in change management, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
- University degree in management, communications, organizational psychology or related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI, CCMP) an asset.
- Excellent analytical, synthesizing and popularizing skills.
- Mobilizing leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, rigor and ability to evolve in a complex environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required
