We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our team!
As a Front Desk Agent, you are empowered to exceed guest expectations and maximize room revenue each and every shift. You will achieve excellence by making business decisions that are focused on upholding the highest standards in guest service while delivering against key financial goals and performance metrics for the department. The Front Desk department is the front line of all guest services, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Main Duties:
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and understand all department processes and policies
- Selling the hotel’s features and benefits over the phone and in person at the front desk, and securing the reservation (sale) is a daily activity requiring excellent product knowledge and advanced communication skills
- Seek to understand guest concerns in order to resolve all issues prior to the guest’s departure
Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience an asset
- Post-Secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Computer savvy
- Proficient in English
- Attention to detail and pride in one’s work
- Advanced communication skills
- Confidence to endure periods of working alone
- The ability to withstand long periods of standing
Working Conditions:
This position may work long days and/or weekends to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, on your feet, managing multiple sequences and demands. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
