Who you are

• You have 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer and a strong drive to learn and grow
• You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them
• Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area
• Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly
• Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning
• Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact or added value are a plus
• German language skills are a plus
• Knowledge about nursing homes/the industry is a plus
