About the role

Temporary Part-Time

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position requires knowledge of stadium operations, assistance in ice making and ice maintenance duties, janitorial and work log incidents. Successful applicant will act in a security or responsible position handling gate receipts and monies. Responsible to operate ticket office and prepare deposits. Assists in all duties assigned by the Supervisor and under the auspices of the Maintenance II personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of Grade XII education and experience of one year in cashier duties, candidates must be prepared to work at high altitudes for maintenance duties of building painting and sign erection and special events assignments. Must have a Class 5 driver’s license.

Applications must include a copy of official educational documents confirming education requirements and references. The successful applicant must provide an acceptable Certificate of Conduct with Vulnerable Sector Check and Drivers Abstract prior to commencement.
