Real Estate Associate Lawyer – Vaughan
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (On-site)

Cartel Inc. has been retained by a thriving law firm in Vaughan to assist in the recruitment of a motivated and capable Real Estate Associate Lawyer . This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing practice with a strong reputation in residential and commercial real estate law.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in real estate law, including residential purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, and private lending.
- Experience acting for private lenders is strongly preferred.
- The ability to independently manage files from open to close with minimal supervision.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and support a team of real estate clerks.
- A high level of professionalism, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
- Proficient with Teraview , Lawyer Done Deal (RealtiWeb) , and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
