Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Amazon E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for Amazon's performance and growth, covering all aspects of Amazon account management. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of Amazon e-commerce initiatives, optimizing product listings, collaborating with the creative and design team to update imagery and A+ content, managing advertising campaigns, and conducting in-depth analysis of performance and sales metrics to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, market share, and profitability targets on Amazon.
- Design, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns to boost traffic, improve sales, and maximize ROAS.
- Regularly audit and refine product listings to ensure descriptions, images, and keywords are accurate, engaging, and optimized.
- Manage all aspects of the Amazon account, including resolving escalated cases to maintain excellent account health.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer feedback to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate key campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ad spend, and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Continuously optimize campaign structure and implement advanced bidding strategies to enhance top-of-search (TOS) visibility, reduce ad costs, and improve ASIN BSR for stronger organic ranking and profitability.
- Manage all components of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, attribution, A+ Content, Vine, Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Promotions, and Brand Tailored Promotions.
- Collaborate with the design and creative team to build and maintain an organized and visually appealing Amazon brand storefront.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, pricing strategies, and fulfillment methods, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on Amazon performance for internal review and strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and PPC best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Liaise with Amazon account representatives and external agencies to align with overall account objectives and drive success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in managing PPC advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform, with a proven history of driving sales and maximizing ROI.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP ads.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform and policies.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for Amazon
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill set. The compensation package will include a fixed base component along with a performance-linked bonus.
