About the role

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator - Retail and Wholesale to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating retail order fulfillment, ensuring smooth delivery from our warehouse partners to stores and distribution centers and managing inventory accuracy. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and deliver a seamless retail experience. As a Logistics Coordinator (Retail And Wholesale), You Will

  • Send Retail Store Replenishment purchase orders to the warehouse partners for fulfillment and coordinate relabeling of inventory to meet retail needs.
  • Schedule and track transportation of POs from warehouse to Distribution Centers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all products at the DCs by coordinating inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring the order management system is up to date.
  • Support the day-to-day execution of logistics for retail stores, including responding to escalations and identifying process improvements.
  • Monitor the flow of White Glove orders across systems to ensure timely fulfillment, including tracking exchange orders created by the Customer Service team.
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, such as shipping delays, inventory shortages, or labeling errors, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and warehouse partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for store managers and Distribution Center teams regarding inventory inquiries and replenishment updates.
  • Manage and process Retail Dropship orders, ensuring accurate transmission to warehouse partners and resolving any fulfillment issues to support timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems, ensuring that inventory, order, and shipment data are consistently reflected in internal tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Customer Service, and retail operations to align on fulfillment priorities, inventory needs, and operational updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role, preferably in e-commerce (transportation, distribution, warehousing, or operational experience considered an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.
  • Proficient with browser- and mobile-based tools, especially Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable making independent decisions when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
