Executive Assistant
Part-time | Fully remote | 15 hours/week

We’re seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide support to Plural’s CEO on key operational, administrative, and strategic accountabilities. This role will partner with the CEO to plan, prioritize, and coordinate a dynamic set of organizational and client-related activities to enable progress and impact—for the CEO, the team, and Plural.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Priority Management: Pro-actively manage schedule, aligning focus and time allocation with strategic priorities. Support meeting preparation, travel booking when required.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Clarify priorities, track tasks and follow-ups, draft and polish documents, and manage logistics including expenses and personal support as agreed.
- Financial Coordination: Handle ongoing expense reporting and light financial admin as needed.
- Relationship Stewardship : Track and support relationship-building efforts across internal and external stakeholders. Act as a friendly, professional point of contact on behalf of the executive when needed.
Desired Experience + Skills*
- 5-10 years experience supporting senior and/or executive leaders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Values collaborative team environments, and contributes to positive working relationships
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Trello, and can quickly adapt to modern tools
- Experience in professional services or consulting organizations a plus

Compensation + Benefits
- $35-$40/hour
