At RefundPros (https://refundpros.com), we help businesses identify and recover refunds from shipping carriers and eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Walmart. Our work involves analyzing large datasets, interpreting policy documents, and developing systems that improve efficiency and maximize client savings. We work hard but keep things friendly, flexible, and team-driven, with early Friday finishes to prove it.

What You’ll Do

• Review, clean, and analyze large sets of business and shipping data
• Help identify patterns, errors, and reimbursement opportunities
• Work with experienced analysts, developers, and claims specialists to improve our systems
• Learn how to interpret policy and compliance documentation
• Support the development of automated and repeatable analysis processes
• Share your findings through clear reports and visual tools like spreadsheets or dashboards
• Collaborate with other departments to understand needs and contribute insights

Education & Experience Requirements

• A diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in business, data science, analytics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a love of problem-solving
• Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel - including formulas and pivot tables
• Solid communication skills - written and verbal
• The ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time hours (37.5/week), but we wrap up at 2PM every Friday
