About the role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. You will support a variety of ongoing projects, providing administrative, research, and coordination assistance to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project objectives.
This role is ideal for a current university student interested in gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and operations within the parking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of ongoing projects related to parking operations, technology, signage, and customer service improvements
  • Track and update project activities, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with the project team
  • Help prepare project documentation, meeting summaries, and status reports
  • Support communication between internal departments, vendors, and clients by organizing information and following up on action items
  • Conduct basic research and compile data to support project-related decisions
  • Help maintain organized records of project files, approvals, and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in learning project-related tools
  • Familiarity with GANTT charts, Statements of Work (SOW), and AI tools to improve productivity is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to project success.
