About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, this role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and invoices, contributing to the smooth financial operation of our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enter and process accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and employee reimbursements
- Code and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
- Post and reconcile company payments in the general ledger
- Collaborate with the A/P Team Lead, Controllers, and Accounting Manager to support overall AP performance
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied payments
- Maintain financial records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports as needed
- Support other administrative functions within the finance department
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education in accounting is an asset)
- 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
- Strong knowledge of payment practices and accounting fundamentals
- Proven accuracy in data entry and account reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
