About the role

We are looking for a D365 Functional Consultant for a client of our - this is a hybrid role.

Position Summary: As a Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring that financial systems align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, and Cash & Bank Management.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Configure D365 Finance modules to meet complex business needs, including multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SCM, HR, and technical developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance or Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle D365 Finance implementations.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and LCS.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Position Summary: The Senior D365 SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced supply chain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops to gather and analyze supply chain requirements across procurement, inventory, sales, product information, and warehouse management.
  • Configure D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Product Information Management, and Warehouse Management.
  • Design and document functional specifications for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across supply chain entities.
  • Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide training and change management support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with finance and manufacturing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with D365 SCM or Dynamics AX Trade & Logistics.
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 SCM implementations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles including MRP, demand forecasting, and vendor collaboration.
  • Familiarity with EDI, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation technologies.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
