Job Description
As a Director, IT Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to IT operations. You will lead a team of compliance professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to implement compliance programs and monitor adherence to regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT regulatory compliance strategies.
- Lead compliance assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide guidance on regulatory changes and their impact on IT operations.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT compliance or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting IT operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in financial services or banking industry.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC).

- This position is available in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Los Angeles, California.
