Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety while working in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity for advancement to inside sales.

Small parts, detailed counting and packaging ...No forklift experience required.

Duties

• Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure that all orders are completed within set timeframes.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
• A commitment to safety practices within the warehouse setting.
• Vernier caliper experience is a benefit
