The Role:
Are you a hands-on leader with an eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team and keep our rooms sparkling and guest-ready.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the housekeeping operation on weekends, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Assign room cleaning duties and monitor daily workload.
- Organize and oversee our linen inventory and distribution.
- Communicate effectively with room attendants to support and motivate the team.
- Conduct regular room inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and quality control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Step into clean rooms when needed—leading by example is part of the job
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience required – you know your way around a guest room and take pride in high standards.
- 6+ months of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in housekeeping is a major asset – if you've led a team or coordinated daily operations, we want to hear from you.
- Strong communication and organizational skills – you're confident assigning tasks and giving clear direction.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude – you’re not afraid to jump in and support your team when needed.
- Availability to work weekends – this is a weekend leadership role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and room inspection standards in a hotel environment.
Salary and Team Perks:

- $24-25 hourly based on experience and qualifications.
