JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CONTROLLER

Ecoasis Resort and Golf LLP and Bear Mountain Golf & Tennis Resort Community are currently seeking a self-starting, highly motivated Controller to join our team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a key member of the management team at Bear Mountain Golf & Tennis Resort Community, the Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Resort’s operations. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit & controls, working capital and cash controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Full-cycle accounting responsibilities including preparation of month end journal entries and working papers, along with analysis of financial results and tracking budgets, revenues and costs

· Monitoring variances and following-up as required

· Preparing monthly operations reports and reporting to financial institutions and stakeholders

· Working effectively with the Management Team

· Liaising with financial institutions and external accountants

· Other accounting functions as required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

· Minimum three years of experience

· Proficient with MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills

· Proficient using accounting software

· Proficient with accounting procedures, systems, budgets and internal controls
