What will be your main responsibilities?
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service. From managing loading docks to digitizing essential documents, your contributions will directly impact our success.
- Doors Allocation: Assign loading and unloading doors based on available space and scheduling requirements.
- Data Entry: Accurately input relevant information into our computer system, ensuring real-time tracking of shipments.
- Document Digitization: Scan and organize customer-related paperwork efficiently.
- Visitor Management: Welcome and assist drivers, visitors, and subcontractors, verifying necessary documentation.
- Document Verification: Review transportation, quality, and HACCP documents, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Order-Related Checks: Cross-check documents related to orders, maintaining accuracy in inventory management.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with safety (OHS), quality (BRCGS), and food safety (HACCP) regulations.
- Verify the identity of truck drivers, visitors, and service providers.
- Manage the visitor registry.
- Implement secure truck-trailer procedures.
- Support to Shift Supervisor: Assist the supervisor in day-to-day tasks, contributing to smooth operations.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

- Education: Collegial or professional degree or certification in logistics.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
