Job Description
As a Director, Security Engineering & Remediation, you will lead a team of security engineers and analysts to ensure the security of our systems and data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization from cyber threats.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the security engineering team in the design and implementation of security solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Experience in a leadership role.
