Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
What You Will Do
Greet customers professionally and assit with service inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
Clearly explain service needs, costs, and timelines to customers.
Maintain accurate records, prepare service estimates, and process work orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is an asset).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a people person with a passion for service.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills — you can juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
A valid G-class driver’s licence and clean driving record.
Strong team spirit — we’re a tight-knit group that supports one another.
