CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
* Servir de premier point de contact pour les visiteurs * Gérer les procédures d'accueil des visiteurs et accueillir les invités * Contrôler la présence des visiteurs et des employés sur le site * Gérer les appels entrants en utilisant le système téléphonique de la réception Assurer la liaison avec la gestion de l'immeuble pour les problèmes d'entretien et de sécurité * Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les entreprises voisines * Gérer le courrier, les services de messagerie et la distribution de documents Soutenir les membres de la R&D et la gestion des fournitures * Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux employés * Traiter les problèmes de propreté et d'entretien * Superviser l'élimination des déchets pour le long terme * Effectuer des achats liés aux installations et traiter les factures * Soutenir le développement de l'infrastructure du site et les projets * Agir comme point de contact local pour la sécurité du site * Aider pour les questions de sécurité et g é rer les exercices de sécurité * Gérer le stationnement et la station de recharge pour véhicules électriques * Aider aux achats du site * Fournir un soutien administratif général selon les besoins

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Serve as first point of contact for visitors

Manage visitor procedures and welcome guests
-
Control visitor and employee presence onsite
-
Handle incoming calls using front desk phone system
-
Liaise with building management for maintenance and security issues
-
Maintain good relationships with neighboring businesses
-
Manage mail, courier services, and document distribution
-
Assist with shipping/receiving of heavy packages (up to 50lbs) and tracking of shipments
-
Support site members and supply management
-
Facilitate new employee onboarding
-
Address cleanliness and maintenance issues
-
Oversee waste disposal for sustainability
-
Make facility-related purchases and process invoices
-
Support site infrastructure development and projects
-
Act as local point of contact for site security
-
Assist with safety issues and support safety drills
-
Manage parking and EE charging station
-
Assist with site procurement
-
Provide general administrative support as needed
