Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Elevated Health. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and efficient clinic environment. You must be proficient with computers (Mac and Jane software a bonus) and a problem solver.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in administration in a healthcare setting and a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
- Must be able to work 8 am to 2 pm shift and a 2 pm to 8 pm shift every week- there is be a minimum of one of each with a possibility of more with time.
