Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Coach to join our Field Operations Team. In this role, you’ll work directly with both new and established WSI franchisees, helping them grow their businesses through expert guidance in sales, marketing strategy, and operations. You’ll be their go-to resource for everything from closing sales with end clients, analyzing and building marketing strategies, refining business processes, and hitting key revenue targets. In this role, you’ll be a vital partner to franchisees, helping them grow their businesses, refine strategies, and achieve long-term success. Your insights will drive their revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Coach new franchisees and ensure their business is ready for launch as they complete the required phases of the Franchise Training Program
• Support and coach established franchisee’s to grow and systemize their businesses
• Conduct sales calls with the franchise owners and their prospects to drive profitable sales
• Act as liaison between the company and the franchisee to leverage resources, promote best practices and align business objectives
• Assist with developing marketing plans, budgets and strategic plans for a franchisees’ business
• Document all calls, meetings and field visits as required
• Provide consultation to continuously improve operational effectiveness, franchisee satisfaction, and profitability
• Use data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies that protect brand standards while boosting franchisee sales and profit
• Assist and validate successful rollout and integration of system-wide programs and initiatives
• Provide timely, constructive feedback for performance improvement. Recognize and celebrate franchisees’ accomplishments and contributions.
• Regular communications to franchisees and alignment of message to meet WSI brand goals and target

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Bonus: Coaching experience or familiarity with franchising.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve, showing persistence in achieving goals.
