Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Analyst to support the delivery of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Omnichannel initiatives within a digital retail transformation context. This role is ideal for a consultant with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for customer experience, and a proven ability to drive business and digital change across complex ecosystems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs, design innovative solutions, and support the execution of transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, market research firms, and business units to inform the design of D2C retail solutions.
- Provide performance and market analysis insights, including benchmarking and KPI reporting.
- Work within agile product development teams to define scope, business functionality, and performance metrics.
- Deliver recommendations to address operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Interpret data and conduct analysis using research methodologies to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and leadership, analyzing workflows and interdependencies.
- Develop actionable roadmaps to improve product launch workflows and business processes.
- Evaluate KPIs, generate reports, and recommend updates to business plans and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry (digital, operations, or processes).
- At least 3 years of experience in digital, retail, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Proven experience working in agile environments.
- Strong storytelling and presentation design skills in both English and French.
- Proficient in backlog management, project and change management, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an innovative approach to business planning and problem-solving.
