Associate Director of Care / Temporary Full-Time (6 Months). Glen Rouge Long Term Community. At Sienna you won’t just fill a position; you will build lasting relationships with residents who call Glen Rouge home.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of care services to residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Lead and mentor the care team.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) designation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of current trends in long-term care.

- This position is temporary for a duration of 6 months.
