Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations & Marketing is a key executive leadership role, responsible for scaling and optimizing end-to-end operations while building powerful brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue-driving marketing programs across the Accencis portfolio. This dual-focused leader will drive operational excellence and brand growth, ensuring that each location delivers a consistent, high-quality guest experience, while also overseeing the strategic marketing initiatives that position our brands for market leadership.

This individual will play a pivotal role in franchise performance, brand positioning, and long-term growth, working closely with internal teams, franchisees, and partners. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in multi-unit F&B operations, brand management, digital marketing, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations across all restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Lead the development and continual improvement of operational playbooks, training manuals, and quality control processes.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs including sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure performance benchmarks, safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards are upheld.
  • Oversee implementation of new technology platforms (e.g., POS, CRM, inventory systems) that drive efficiency and scalability.

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Set and manage sales targets by brand and location, identifying underperforming units and deploying turnaround strategies.
  • Analyze P&L reports, cash flow, and margin drivers to improve unit-level profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive foot traffic, sales conversion, and average ticket size.
  • Establish cost control protocols and optimize food and labor costs without compromising brand standards.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and lead the full marketing function—brand strategy, campaign development, digital marketing, loyalty, local store marketing, and PR.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth targets and franchise needs.
  • Oversee brand-building initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels—including social media, influencer marketing, CRM/email marketing, and performance advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives, content, and in-store visual merchandising.
  • Launch and manage national and regional campaigns to support grand openings, LTOs, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.), optimizing CAC, ROAS, and brand visibility across digital channels.
  • Support franchisees with local marketing toolkits, co-op programs, and community engagement strategies.
  • Champion guest experience strategies through reputation management, loyalty programs, and feedback systems.

Franchisee Relations & Development

  • Serve as the executive liaison to franchisees—providing strategic and operational support while fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure franchisee compliance with brand guidelines, operational standards, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support franchisee recruitment, onboarding, and renewal processes, providing input into market selection and ROI projections.
  • Collaborate with development teams on new location rollouts, ensuring operational readiness and go-to-market alignment.

Leadership & People Development

  • Build and lead a cross-functional team across operations, marketing, and field support.
  • Mentor and develop district managers, brand managers, and department leads, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Establish and track KPIs for team success, including store-level performance, marketing ROI, and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Champion internal communication, collaboration, and alignment across departments and external partners.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

  • Support corporate development initiatives including M&A, new brand launches, and international expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to uncover innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, digital transformation, and brand differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA or advanced marketing certification is a strong asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food & beverage operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior executive role overseeing marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling brand presence and driving performance across both physical and digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of franchise operations and franchisee relationship management.
  • Strong command of marketing metrics, brand strategy, and digital campaign execution.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable plans.
  • Experience with (e.g., CRM, POS-integrated loyalty, email, social, analytics dashboards).
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and building consumer-loved brands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
