Description Du Poste Vous avez le souci de la précision et une solide base en comptabilité? Nous cherchons un(e) comptable financier(ère) pour rejoindre notre équipe collaborative, avec un accent particulier sur les immobilisations et les rapports financiers. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec un membre senior de l’équipe, bénéficiant d’un encadrement pratique tout en développant vos compétences en analysant les comptes du grand livre, en préparant des rapports et en soutenant les processus financiers clés.

Activités principales
- Effectuer les activités de fin de mois, y compris les écritures comptables et les rapprochements de comptes
- Analyser les écarts mensuels du bilan et de l’état des résultats
- Effectuer les rapprochements des comptes du grand livre et du bilan
- Communiquer avec les gestionnaires de projets pour faire le suivi de l’état des projets et les clôturer dans le système au besoin
- Préparer des rapports pour la gestion financière des projets et les rapports divisionnaires, incluant les calendriers de continuité, l’enregistrement des actifs de l’acquisition à la disposition, et le rapprochement avec le grand livre
- Valider l’exactitude des informations liées aux dépenses en immobilisations (Capex) pour les nouveaux projets
- Participer aux processus de budgétisation et de prévisions financières
- Soutenir les audits internes et externes en préparant la documentation requise
- Appliquer les normes IFRS et assurer la conformité aux contrôles internes
- Participer aux inventaires annuels, incluant des déplacements occasionnels à l’extérieur du bureau principal
- Identifier et résoudre les écarts ou irrégularités dans les documents financiers ou les transactions
- Contribuer à l’implantation du système ERP, à l’amélioration continue et à d’autres initiatives stratégiques
- Accomplir toute autre tâche ou projet ponctuel assigné
Connaissances et compétences nécessaires
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
- Titre CPA (obtenu ou en voie d’obtention) considéré comme un atout
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement dans un environnement corporatif de grande envergure
- Bonne connaissance des normes IFRS et des principes comptables généraux
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et solides compétences analytiques
- Excellente organisation, souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
- À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) préféré

Job Summary Do you have a passion for accuracy and a strong foundation in accounting? We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join our collaborative team, with a focus on Fixed Assets and financial reporting. You'll work closely with a senior team member, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship as you analyze general ledger accounts, prepare reports, and support key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze monthly variances on the balance sheet and income statement
- Reconcile assigned general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Communicate with project managers regarding the status of projects and close them in the system when needed
- Prepare reports for project financial management and divisional reporting, including continuity schedules, the recording of assets from acquisition to disposition, and reconciliation of data with the General Ledger
- Validate the accuracy of Capex (Capital expenditures) information for the new projects created
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Apply IFRS standards and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Participate in annual inventory counts, including occasional travel to off-site locations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records or transactions
- Contribute to ERP implementation, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives
- Take on additional tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a large corporate environment
- Solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
