Title: Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist

Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Coupa S2P Specialist to support and enhance our Source-to-Pay operations through the effective configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of the Coupa platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to support procurement processes, develop business cases, research new platform features, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Coupa S2P users and related business processes.
• Configure and maintain the Coupa platform to align with procurement standards and operational needs.
• Conduct research and analysis on new Coupa features and releases; provide recommendations for adoption.
• Lead or support integration efforts between Coupa and ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA (nice to have).
• Assist in the development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives or system enhancements.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure the Coupa platform remains up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
• Contribute to ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of the Coupa platform.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and standards.
• Experience with system configuration and support of Coupa modules.
• Knowledge of Coupa integrations with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to support business process improvements and implement system enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Vancouver.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other major ERP systems.
• Experience with data reporting or analytics tools in a procurement environment.
