This position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and enjoys supporting both visitors and internal staff in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide direction or assistance as needed
- Scan and file documents digitally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail; refill postage meter
- Keep office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) stocked with paper and supplies
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory
- Label and box product samples for customers
- Book couriers and coordinate pickups/deliveries
- Assist with invoicing and basic administrative tasks
What You Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities with accuracy
- Organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with standard office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
