The Terra Nova Duncan Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated full-scope Family Physician to join our growing, physician-led team in a modern, purpose-built medical space opening in September 2025. This role offers full flexibility in scheduling, a collaborative environment with cross-coverage support, and access to a highly trained administrative and nursing team. Physicians will benefit from a streamlined EMR system, billing support, and the opportunity to participate in team-based care initiatives.

- Extended Medical and Dental coverage, travel insurance and life insurance.
- May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):
- Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
- Fee Premium: 4.20%
- Annual Flat Fee: 6,508.80
- CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community
