The Opportunity
As AMA’s next Manager, Service Provider Network and Member Relations, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the member experience across our extensive partner networks. You’ll oversee AMA’s Service Provider Network (SPN) and Approved Auto Repair Service (AARS) program, ensuring they deliver on our promise of treating members like practically family. With your strong operational expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll lead a team dedicated to resolving member concerns while driving engagement and performance with partners across Alberta.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop AMA’s Service Provider Network and AARS program, driving member satisfaction and operational success.
- Direct the Member Relations team to resolve complaints and escalations with efficiency and care, ensuring alignment with AMA’s culture and values.
- Strengthen engagement across service partners by creating training, recognition, and communication programs.
- Implement cost management strategies and performance measures to deliver value to both members and the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders across AMA to optimize resources and enhance member services.
What You Bring to the Table
- Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in operations and partner management.
- Strong understanding of towing, automotive services, and small business operations.
- Expertise in contract management, vendor performance, and KPI development.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

While most often known for our roadside assistance program, we also offer travel, registries and insurance services, Alberta’s largest driver education school, a member rewards program and member events in our communities.
