Ameta’s looking to add highly motivated, enthusiastic, honest individuals with a willingness to learn. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a Client Support role, you are ambitious and seeking to grow, we would be excited to have you on the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for clients to help navigate their requests
- Prioritize requests that need immediate attention
- Identify and escalate urgent requests through proper channels
- On-boarding of new clients
- Remain punctual and organized
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Efficient time management capabilities
- Demonstrated success in customer support and a passion to help others
- Coach-ability and willingness to learn
- Ambition and curiosity
- 1 year of experience in a Client Support role
- Computer or Laptop
- Internet Connection
