Are you passionate about Powersports and excel at customer interaction? Do you reside in the Westlock area or are willing to relocate? Your search ends here! Westlock Powersports & Marine is actively seeking a new addition to our dynamic Parts and Service Department.
Our modern, state-of-the-art facility is conveniently situated just over an hour to the northwest of Edmonton, right along Highway 44. Candidates must be open to commuting or relocating to this location.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, consistently catering to customer and vehicle needs.
Offer expert guidance to customers in locating their desired items.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, whether in person or over the phone.
Handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
Stay updated on in-store promotions, deals, specials, and product placements.
Assist with the scheduling of customer appointments.
Sell parts and accessories to units that are here for service.
Place warranty claims with manufacturers.
Source and procure parts for customers through approved suppliers.
Adhere to established procedures for ordering and selling parts, and provide clear repair recommendations to service customers.
Maintain communication with vendors regarding returns and warranties as necessary.
Organize shelves and product displays in accordance with modules and planograms.
Ensure inventory accuracy and report low stock levels to management.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to commute to Westlock, AB.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in automotive/powersports.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
- Familiarity with automotive/powersports parts lookup systems and service department procedures.
- Cash register and point-of-sale machine operation is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with computerized systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Approachable, customer-oriented individual committed to exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills, with a keen ability to listen and provide precise instructions.
