We have a full-time, permanent position available for an HR Coordinator. This position will perform Payroll entry and reporting, benefits administration as well as provide support to the accounting and administration department, and reports to the Controller.
You will have a proven track record in payroll functions with high attention to detail, accuracy, and top-notch time management skills. You must have a pleasant and positive attitude, be adaptable and be able to prioritize workload. Experience handling highly confidential information is desired. A vehicle is required because there is minimal bus service.
Job Description:
- Payroll entry and reporting
- Maintain employee vacation calendar, time and accrual
- Enrol and assist employees in benefits plan
- WCB claims liaison
- Able to back up reception function and answer/direct incoming phone calls
- Taking minutes at assigned meetings and other clerical/administrative tasks as assigned.
The right person for this position will have a strong work ethic, value punctuality, and must be able to work independently while valuing working as part of a high-functioning team. We are an employee owned company and offer a comprehensive benefit package and competitive wages.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
