Garage Door Geeks is a fast-growing garage door repair and installation company, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team in Mississauga!
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone confident, reliable, and eager to learn. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming phone calls from new and returning clients, provide excellent customer service, confidently communicate the value of our services and schedule appointments.
When phone traffic is low, you’ll take on important office tasks to support our daily operations. This includes:
- Responding to emails and online inquiries
- Ordering garage door parts and managing vendor communications
- Coordinating with our technician crews to ensure smooth dispatching to job sites
- Helping manage schedules and client records
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, preferably sales background
- Confidence in speaking with clients and closing service appointments
- Punctual and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to learn about garage door systems, parts, and services we offer
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Experience in office administration or dispatch is a plus
- Fluency in Ukrainian is preferred but not required
- Must have access to a vehicle or be able to commute to our Mississauga office at Lakeshore and Dixie
