We specialize in water damage restoration, structural drying, mold remediation, and full rebuilds. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple restoration projects with professionalism and precision.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion. This includes coordinating field operations, managing budgets and schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards. This is a client-facing role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of restoration projects, including emergency response, mitigation, and rebuilds
- Coordinate and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Maintain effective communication with insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and job performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Proficiency with restoration management tools; Xactimate experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
