We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Decor Center Sales Executive to guide clients through the exciting journey of customizing their new home.

Key Responsibilities: Meet with new homeowners to guide them through the decor selection process

Present a wide range of interior and exterior finishing options (e.g., flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, paint colors, lighting, etc.)

Offer professional design advice tailored to the homeowner’s preferences and budget

Prepare quotes and assist with change orders

Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and organization

Coordinate with construction teams and vendors to ensure selections are ordered and delivered on time

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and vendor offerings

Support homeowners through the entire selection process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience

Qualifications: 3+ years experience in home decor, sales, or design (new home construction experience is a strong asset)

Strong knowledge of interior design trends and finish materials

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with keen attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Proficiency with design software and sales tools (e.g., Studio Designer, BuilderTREND, or similar platforms)
