1 ‑ Full Time ‑ Performance Data Assistant
Decision Support and Case Costing
TBRHSC's Strategy & Performance Group (SPG) enables and encourages the pursuit of excellence by supporting
organizational alignment with strategic priorities, quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation.
Reporting to the Manager of Performance Improvement, the Performance Improvement Assistant (PI Assistant)
assists and supports the SPG in fulfillment of its requirements. Specifically, the PI Assistant supports the sourcing
and maintenance of data related to TBRHSC's balanced scorecard, updates and maintains systems used to track
progress on projects and initiatives, assists with data quality improvements and related corrections, and provides
administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Information Management
Experience:
* 1 ‑ 2 years' experience in information management and/or administrative support, preferably in a health‑related
field
Skills:
* Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
* Superior skills in data management and manipulation using Excel (pivot tables, advanced filters, lookup functions)
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to work either independently or as an effective member of a team in a multidisciplinary
environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge:
* Good business acumen
* Working knowledge of the health care system preferred
Salary Range: $37.846 to 44.526
