Job Responsibilities:
- Manages a high volume of accounts, while upholding an exceptional level of customer service.
- Processes sales orders.
- Establishes customer relationships and follows up with customers, as needed.
- Responds to customer requests, special instructions, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaises with the Sales Team, Scheduling, Operations, and the Warehouse to ensure optimal delivery of orders.
- Reports on orders, customer inquiries and other items; proactively resolves matters, as they arise.
- Manages administrative duties, filing and data-entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements for this position:
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required.
- Ability to read and write in Chinese is preferred.
- +2 years of customer service experience.
- +1-year experience in an office setting.
- Proficient when using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- Able to work in a group as well as individually.
- Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable.
Schedule:
Shift work, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.
Schedule may be Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday.
Shifts: 5am- 10:30pm is range of hours (based on business needs).
Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) may be required as part of a rotating schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
