Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our distribution processes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Duties

• Unloading Boxes from Containers and Stacking them on Skids
• Moving those skids with a Jack from Point A to B
• Stacking + Counting the Number of Boxes and doing Inventory Checks
• Carrying 5-50 Pound boxes up ladders with a team to do additional stacking
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks safely and effectively.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse, including proper storage of materials and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Build pallets for shipping, ensuring products are securely packaged for transport.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
• Other Warehouse activity

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with an emphasis on safety and proper lifting techniques.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Contract length: 1-6 months

Pay: $16.75-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
