Our LHH Knightsbridge brand, within The Adecco Group, is hiring an Executive Search Partner. Reporting into the Managing Director, Senior Vice President Search Practice, the Partner will be responsible for proactively identifying, securing and managing client relationships that will allow the firm to increase its market share in executive search and other practice areas. The successful individual will join a high functioning team of Search colleagues, as well as professionals in other practice areas representing our full breadth of Human Capital Solutions, in developing and sustaining strong client relationships in the Canadian market.
This position is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada. We believe in offering flexibility to work in the way that makes you most productive. What you’ll be doing
- Developing a list of targeted companies aligned to specific industry vertical(s) and market the LHH Knightsbridge value proposition and services
- Identifying executive search opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing multiple search assignments, delivering quality service in a timely manner
- Establishing client requirements and competencies in each assignment
- Interviewing candidates and maintaining ongoing communication and follow up
- Negotiating contracts and managing client and candidate expectations to highest standards
- Project management, which includes allocating resources, managing-to-time, budget and quality standards, and coaching team members to ensure success
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues across the practice and the firm
About you
We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:
- Undergraduate degree; MBA or related post-graduate degree is an asset
- Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of professional recruitment or equivalent business/consulting experience; executive search experience at a Partner level is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Proven ability to sell talent related consulting solutions at the most senior levels
- Credible with C-suite business leaders and clear evidence of such relationships
- Capability to build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients
- Experience conducting thorough interviews to obtain a realistic assessment of candidate accomplishments, capabilities, and potential
- Skilled in selecting individuals who best fit the client’s position and culture
- Strength in partnering and collaborating within teams and across the organization
- Entrepreneurial with strong work ethic
- Innovative and dynamic and highly self-motivated
- High energy and a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle a variety of tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in all aspects of customer service
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
