Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Keyholder/Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and executing promotional strategies to enhance store performance.
Duties
- Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue.
Skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on retail sales performance.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in managing store operations and inventory.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for understanding product features and benefits.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Experience in cashiering and financial transactions is preferred.
