Job Title: FOH Server/ Supervisor

Location: East Side Marios, 1915 Dundas st., London, Ontario.

Job Type: Full Time/Part-Time

What you'll do:

• Support the Management team with day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Supervise, motivate, and coach team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead shifts and manage floor operations with confidence and positivity
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory and support in ordering and receiving stock
• Help onboard and train new team members

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 Years of experience in serving/supervisory position in casual dining required
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and orgaizational skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Smart Serve Certification required
