As a Campaign Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and telling the story of how our AI-powered platform solves today's most urgent governance, risk, compliance, audit, and ESG challenges for the world's most influential organizations.
This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a storyteller with a passion for translating complex solutions into compelling messaging that resonates with buyers across industries and roles.
Our in-office policy requires a minimum of 50% attendance each month fostering collaboration and team connection in person, while still offering the flexibility to work from home.
What You'll Do
- Craft powerful narratives: Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Diligent's solutions—especially how AI and automation are transforming governance, risk, and compliance
- Create high-impact content**:** Bring stories to life through solution briefs, customer case studies, sales presentations, web copy, videos, and more. Tailor content to the buyer journey, use case, and industry.
- Support go-to-market strategy**:** Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Enablement to build integrated launch plans for new solutions and product capabilities.
- Drive adoption of messaging and tools**:** Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure content and messaging are leveraged consistently across touchpoints and that teams are equipped with the assets they need to win.
- Activate vertical and persona-specific strategies**:** Understand the priorities and pain points of key industries and buyer personas. Translate this knowledge into tailored messaging and enablement materials.
- Measure and refine**:** Monitor the performance and adoption of content and campaigns, and use those insights to continuously optimize messaging and asset strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related function in B2B SaaS
- Proven success translating complex products—particularly AI-powered or automated solutions—into compelling customer stories
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, especially in regulated industries (finance, government, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong portfolio of marketing content (narratives, briefs, videos, or customer stories)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and visual
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Demand Gen
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, research, or analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, Tableau Pulse, etc.)
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and a bias for action
- Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., Highspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and performance metrics
- Bonus: Experience with GRC, audit, compliance, or governance-related technologies
