Assistant Warehouse Manager

Here's your chance to be part of our dynamic and rapidly growing audio-visual production company. As an Assistant Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and contribute to the overall success of our operations Department. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management and Job order fulfillment. You will be directly involved in executing Premium Corporate Audio/Visual projects by supporting and collaborating with our Senior Technicians.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and supervision to warehouse staff.
  • Assist warehouse associates with loading and unloading AV gear from delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored properly.
  • Manage inventory checks and stock levels.
  • Tracking inventory and processing orders / Docket Numbers.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Maintain quality control and over all cleanliness of the warehouse.

Skills Required

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding, handling and troubleshooting various audio/ visual equipment is an asset.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain an organized inventory, track equipment and ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Time Management: Able to complete tasks in a timely manner, and the ability to address unexpected last-minute requests specific to live events Industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Equipment Inspection and maintenance to mitigate equipment failure during live events.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to brainstorm, apply logical reasoning and deductive thinking.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with Team Members, Technical Directors and Account Managers.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50lbs frequently.
