What You’ll Do
Our Financial Planning & Analysis team exists to deliver support to our business partners at all levels of our organization. We are key players in the Marketing, Operations, Credit Risk, and Forecasting processes, partnering with Senior Management to shape and execute business strategies. Long considered a key part of the decision-making process to support the growth and financial health of our business, we have an intense desire to explore and understand CTFS' business model and all of the relationships, interdependencies and leverage points that exist within it in order to deliver credible and well supported recommendations to our internal business partners.
As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you may have the opportunity to:
- Build / maintain financial models and create / modify support documents.
- Partner with internal CTFS clients and provide insights to profitably grow the number of customers and use of our services.
- Develop executive reports for different levels of management.
- Determine and analyze key performance drivers relevant to the business.
- Monitor financial performance against plans and forecasts.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Manager.
What You Bring
- Working towards a university degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Self-starter with demonstrated superior analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable solutions.
- Performs best when working on a team.
Hybrid
We have adopted a hybrid work model whereby employees use a combination of working in office and virtually in service of outcomes. This role is based out of our CTFS/CTB head office in Oakville, Ontario.
